To get your vehicle registered and road legal in the UK can be a difficult and sometimes a frustrating matter. Depending on how old the vehicles is and where it coming from, different procedures, tests and modifications are required.

Vehicles from the EU

We will arrange for a European Certificate of Conformity and a MOT test. Some modifications may be required to make the vehicle road legal. Submit your registration application to DVLA and arrange for payment of any road tax and deliver your vehicle with UK plates. An Individual Vehicle Approval, IVA test is not required.  

Vehicles older than 10 years

We will arrange for a MOT test. Some modifications may be required to make the vehicle road legal. Submit your registration application to DVLA and arrange for payment of any road tax and deliver your vehicle with UK plates. An Individual Vehicle Approval, IVA test is not required.

Vehicles less than 10 year old

We will arrange for an Individual Vehicle Approval, IVA test. Some modifications may be required to make the vehicle road legal. Basic IVA test involves a visual inspection and other test to make sure the vehicle meets the necessary standards. Documentary evidence is normally not required.

You have to apply for a Normal IVA if the Basic IVA test requirements are not met. This test is more detailed and documentary evidence is required. DVLA will inspect your vehicle within 20 working days from receipt of the application in a DVLA approved test centre. An Individual Approval Certificate, IVA will be issued if the vehicle passes. We will submit your registration application with the IVA to the DVLA and arrange for payment of any road tax and deliver your vehicle with UK plates.
